Perdido Beach Stays — Guest Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
- Booking accepted upon full payment or confirmed deposit.
- We reserve right to cancel or refuse bookings as needed, with full refund if cancellation is initiated by us.
2. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in after 3 PM local time; Check-out by 10 AM.
- Late check-out: subject to availability; fee applies.
3. House Rules
- No smoking indoors.
- No pets unless pre-approved.
- Maximum occupancy strictly enforced.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items.
4. Security Deposit
- A refundable deposit (e.g., $250) imay be collected. Any damages may be deducted; remainder refunded within 7 days after check-out.
Fulfillment Policy (Refunds & Cancellations)
4.1 Guest Cancellations
We offer a Moderate-style policy inspired by Airbnb:
Refund Offered ≥ 30 days before check in. Full refund (minus booking fees)
7–29 days before check in 50% refund for unused nights

- No-shows or early departures incur full stay charge; unused nights are non-refundable.
4.2 Host Cancellations
- If we cancel, guests receive a full refund and assistance with rebooking (if available).
4.3 Major Disruptive Events
In events beyond control (e.g., hurricanes, official evacuation orders), we offer:

6. Cancellation by Airbnb vs. Direct Booking
These terms apply to stays booked via www.Perdido.staydirectly.com. If you book your stay through Airbnb or another third-party, the platform's terms may also apply. However:
- Our Fulfillment Policy governs direct bookings.
- Third-party bookings remain subject to this policy unless superseded by the platform’s terms.
