House Rules
All guests must follow the HOA rules set in place by Lost Key. If any guest violates those rules, Lost Key will require us to enforce an immediate checkout and you will not get your money back. By booking your stay you are agreeing to follow any rules set in place.
QUIET HOURS: 9 PM - 8 AM Loud music or large events are not allowed at any time.
OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
You must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this rental. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years.
PARKING: As space on the beach is limited, a maximum of 2 parking permits will be issued per reservation. Parking is available in the driveway or the garage. Street parking is not allowed per the HOA rules. No campers, RVs, boats, or trailers are permitted.
You will receive 2 key cards for your stay. If the key cards are taken, that is an additional $50.00 per missing key card.
**No smoking. Smoking will result in a fine.**
